Click n Move gives independent firms of solicitors the opportunity to advertise their legal services and to quote for your legal work should you invite them to do so.
It is entirely up to you whether you subsequently choose to engage any of those firms to handle your legal work. However by registering your personal details on the site it should be noted that the solicitors registered with us will receive your contact details.
Nothing that you do on this web site will in any way commit or oblige you to use the services of any of those firms.
This web site does not represent or act as agent for you or for any of those firms.
Should you wish to engage a firm of solicitors to act on your behalf after visiting this web site you will do so by entering into an agreement with that firm.
The agreement will be between you and the firm of solicitors and will be made if and when you respond to a letter from the firm setting out its terms of business (the "retainer letter") indicating that you accept those terms and would wish the firm to act on your behalf.
This web site will not be a party to any such agreement that you may enter into, and cannot be responsible in any way for the quality of service that you receive from the firm of solicitors that you engage. |
